MEETING OF THE ECA – THURSDAY September 8, 2016 at 7 PM at the Seattle Police Athletic Association Office (SPAA) site at 11030 East Marginal Way South, Tukwila.
SEPTEMBER MEETING – This is a very important meeting as we begin to prepare for our annual show at Furney’s which will take place on Oct 28, 29 & 30 with set up on Oct 27th. More details at the meeting.

Awards Banquet at TBD -(Ronnie & Kris?)
PLANT CULTURE and SUPPLIES: – The September meeting will devote time to the care and feeding of the blooms as they develop. Place supply orders for specific items with Ronnie or Gary Budzeak by Tuesday September 4th. With possible rain or showers consider your sheltering options for September as we move to the latter part of the growing season.
GARDEN TOUR & PICNIC – We had 6 members including host Rick Kyper visit his outstanding garden. The diversity of plants and the design of the garden was amazing. Thank you so much Rick and also big thanks to Elaine for bringing some sandwiches, lemonade and cookies.

I am a representative of the Terra Tillers Garden Club, a small evening club located on the Eastside of Lake Washington. A recent program suggestion was Chrysanthemums. Are you, or another member of ECA, available to give an evening program, roughly 45 minutes long? We are looking to engage you on either October 3rd or November 7th.
