I hope you are enjoying our beautiful Northwest summer. There are a few things to note in the calendar below.
1) with the June heat wave our membership is now seeing unusual growth and early bloom activity. Take this opportunity and enter those blooms in the Puyallup fair floral competition. Exhibitor/Entry Online Registration is due by 10pm, Mon., August 30. NO FEE – See email attachment for more information.
2) We are in close contact with Volunteer Park Conservatory and are beginning to plan the 73rd annual Evergreen Chrysanthemum Association mum show for October 29th – 31st which is planned to be held there. The VPC leadership assures us that
“the conservatory will definitely be open and operating at full capacity by late October when ECA has its show”.
3) our next Zoom meeting is Sept 11, 2021 at 10 am – hope to see you all there

Puyallup Fair – September 3rd -26th – Enter any early blooms into the fair floral competition
September 11, 2021 – 10am -11:30am – Evergreen Chrysanthemum Association monthly meeting
October 9, 2021 – 10am -11:30am – Evergreen Chrysanthemum Association monthly meeting
October 29th -31st, 2021 – Evergreen Chrysanthemum Association 73rd annual chrysanthemum show at Volunteer Park Conservatory
