MEETING OF THE ECA –The second THURSDAY of each month except August and November at 7 PM at the Seattle Police Athletic Association Office (SPAA) site at 11030 East Marginal Way South, Tukwila. The entrance is one block north of 112th on the East side of the street. Turn in just south of the Bingo sign and head east 200 feet. The meeting is held in the big building on the right.
