MEETING OF THE ECA –The second THURSDAY of each month except August and November at 7 PM at the Seattle Police Athletic Association (SPAA) grounds at 11030 East Marginal Way South, Tukwila, WA 98168. The entrance is one block north of 112th on the East side of the street. Turn in just north of Hayward Baker and head east 200 feet. The Bingo sign is gone now, but that is another story. The meeting is held in the small classroom to the left at the end of the fences along the driveway.

We are looking forward to your Tour on Aug 16th. Our tours begin at 10am (not 9:30am). Our restroom facilities are limited, so we suggest a stop before you arrive. We will meet you at the Welcome Arch, adjoining the parking lot. Email me directly with your final count of guests asap. Tours are about 90 minutes long.
